  Me and my partner ordered food from here the other day while waiting in a bay we tried our drinks and my partners milkshake was not what we ordered, then we got our food drove home and it was that bad we drove back the refunded me and remade my food even the manager thought it was that bad we drove home again, got home my partners burger still had no toppings or sauce just the burger and cheese that looked like it had been there a year, the nuggets had black oil bits all over them and i tried my mccrispy and it tasted weird so i looked and it was pink i then got food poisoning we will not be returning

  The slowest drive through I have ever been to, it was more like being on the m6 at rush hour, not sure what the hold up was but it was the same yesterday so it must be the norm. On the plus side the food was hot

  Not the first time this has happened. Ordered on the mcdonalds app, food come cold & missing part of the order. Called up no answer had to drive there. It took them 25 mins to do my order. Everyone in there was complaining about cold food or wrong order. Clearly management needs to be looked at here. Or lessons on how to read an order?

  Abysmal food from here today. If we weren't travelling through I would have bought it back for a refund. Milkshake wasn't cold and as thin as soup. Chips were as dry af. You need to get your act together here. I'll never return. Shame on you. Kin terrible.

  Absolutely the worst Mcdonalds around. Drive through lane closed becaise headset was not charged up. No notice to inform customers. So leaving people sat there without a care in the world. When we finally got the order, items missing (regulsr occurance at this site).
